Awful. Sky TV channels are ok but anyway thing else is a joke.
I honestly don't know how such a massive company gets away with making it so hard to get out of a contract. It's nearly impossible to get a direct number to them. You can only call by the way but setting up you can order any way you want.
Scam is the only way to describe what they do. Our of touch with modern day and don't care about their customers at all. I mean look at the ratings above. Awful.

Amazing help and support from Farooc in the Sky team. My monthly amount had increased. I was struggling to pay and Farooc helped me sort out a cheaper payment deal. Even when we were disconnected on the phone he called me back to finish the deal. Thank you so much

I’m supposed to be a platinum customer where I have been with sky for so many years! Should have left years ago the amount of problems I’ve had over the years! Just wanted to add a extra mini box but got talked into switching to sky glass as didn’t cost any extra a month.
Sky glass is nothing like sky Q which I wasn’t made aware of, can’t record, no catch up tv, no plus 1 channel’s, other missing channels and the list goes on! Anyway finally got used the sky glass, waited ages for sky to send boxes to return our sky Q equipment, I sent everything back as soon as I received them then 2 weeks later I had £285 taken out of my account for not returning equipment! This was taken on the 27th June and when they finally told me they were going to refund me well cut a long story short I am still waiting for the money to go back into my bank account!! Quick enough to take my money though that should never have been taken in the first place and with absolutely no notice!
I would never recommend sky to anyone!

Absolute rubbish was going to take 6 weeks to install tv broadband didn’t work absolute joke stay away go elsewhere
Shocking and appalling customer service at Sky!
In summary:
• No stable Sky TV for over two months and informed it’s a one-month waiting for an engineer!
• On three simultaneous occasions, staff put the phone down, just as I connected after waiting on average 20-25 mins!
• The manager refused to speak and informed me it’s against company policy for managers to speak to customers and Customer Service Agents instructed not to put calls through!
• The manager told the Customer Service Agent to hang up the call, despite my pleading for help
• I believe the Customer Service Agent swore at me before hanging up!
• Offered an insulting £5 compensation for no service!

Sky Mobile , worst ever company when your phone goes wrong. I am Disabled and called as my fairly New Samsung Flip stopped coming on. Was on the phone from 08.50am till after 4pm trying to get it sorted. I eas told i was on a privilaged list as i eas bed bound ( GREAT I THOUGHT ) wrong every body i eas being put through to were not trained on the mobile side , pushed from pillar to post. Originally told a courier would visit my home and pick it up and return a nee one in up to 72 hrs. Not gtrat but ok. Then a text came saying sorry a courier cannot pick up the phone. No other explanation. Called again and was told to post it back and it would take up to a month. This is a £1000 phone under warranty and my only form of communication. The just after 4pm a lovely scottish Lady ( not trained in mobile ) tried to help , she also got know wherr and she also had the phone hung up on her from Sky mobile tech dept. Sky stick to TV. You take my money but dont keep me mobile. I am disabled with depression this is gonna push me over the edge with no other form of communication and un able to speak with my councillor and Doctor.

Appalling service. Have been trying for three weeks to return a faulty phone under warranty. They have ignored every email and messenger and refuse to deal with this by on line chat. Have spoken to them twice, given them all the details at which point I am told they will call back to authorise the return and they don't. The warranty runs out in two weeks and I'm beginning to think they are deliberately stringing this out to avoid repairing the phone for free.

It's a joke! When it's good it's good but when it goes wrong it goes very wrong!!
Sky mobile has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced!!
I was offered an upgrade due to my phone not charging and had to sign the contract on my sky account.
I explained that I can not and have not ever been able to get into it despite hours on the phone trying to sort this out.
I've been told that I have the wrong email address and that my sky ID is wrong.
I asked for a paper copy of the contract to be told no!
I was shouted at by one man and called a liar despite my son explaining that we were in a loop and could not get into sign the contract?
I had to pay £63 to exit the contract because I could not upgrade with them or deal with their rude staff!!
The original phone has been repaired and still will not charge!
I have complained repeatedly and I still don't get anywhere!
Now I am being bombarded with emails and phone calls to ask if I would like to upgrade!
It's a joke!!?

I was with sky for 18 months
I was with sky for 18 months. Then moved to talk talk. In the process Sky kept my account open even though Talk Talk was my new provider. Now Sky is blaming Talk Talk but is still trying to charge me for the period I have been with Talk talk even though I sent the Sky equipment back???? How intelligent are they??? Really! Sky needs to get its act together it's not rock science.

I’m a single mum who had just fled domestic violence so had no money to spare. I was stopped by a sales man and my first comment was I don’t want to be tied into a contract where they just up the prices. I was promised broadband and Netflix for 39.99 a month. My bills have increased within the first month. I’ve never paid less then 85 a month. The customer service is rude and intimidating with no accountability for the misrepresentation from sales staff. Absolutely sick to my stomach that I’m tied into a contract with this disgusting company.

If i could give it 0 are even a minus I definitely would it's the worst Internet you could get wish I just stayed with BT play my game on BT Internet it never laggs play it on sky it just rubbish just laggs all the time soon as my contract up am leaving

Unhappy x Sky customer
I had been with Sky for years then moved house and one of the Q boxes disappeared so phoned and had to pay for a new one about 50 pound and then also got a booster that I paid for , now on pension decided to leave Sky so had to return everything, then started getting texts saying I hadn’t sent the Q box back , inquiring I found out that I had to pay for the box again, they told me that I had only payed for the set up no idea what that’s supposed to mean , they also had to have the booster back , very disappointing

Would give 0 if I could. Had a poor experience from the start, when I called to take out sky TV and broadband, I had seen a deal I wanted, they said that expired (it was on an advert 5 mins before) so I ended up with a package which was £30 more each month (not ideal). Every bill was overcharged for different reasons, including a charge for harry potter box set at £49.99 even though it was free at the time? I have now requested my bank to look into it after I cancelled and they continued to take money, have now sent me to a debt collection agency even though I cancelled and have now added a charge for non return of equipment which has never been requested?
Shambles of a company. Absolutely disgusting

No loyalty. I have been a sky vip customer for well over 16 years, and had a few hiccups with them, nothing like the latest. We are all going through the credit crunch and I was late with a payment, suddenly my service is turned off, I try to ring to speak to some one… but I now have to pay before I speak to some one to try and work things out.. when I eventually did get through, was told there is nothing they can do you need to pay or no service ( even though I should be able to pay within the week.) it seems that sky has no loyalty for the thousands of pounds I have paid them
Over the years. The really sad thing about this is there is no true alternative to this shoddy and robotic shambles of a digital tv provider. A complaint is in coming…. ( but. I thing will get done)

Rang 15/7 to see if bill could be reduced - got through quickly, advisor was very helpful and offered and accepted bill reduction of £20 monthly. Very happy customer!
